Jouw functie
Als Field Application Specialist ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor laboratoria bij technische en applicatieve vragen.
Jouw taken
- Geven van technische en applicatieve ondersteuning aan laboratoria
- Uitvoeren van trainingen voor laboratoriumtechnologen, klinisch biologen en moleculair biologen
- Begeleiden van assay-validaties en implementaties
- Analyseren en oplossen van technische problemen en workflow-uitdagingen
- Ondersteunen bij evaluaties van nieuwe assays en toestellen
- Opbouwen van duurzame relaties met klanten
- Detecteren van opportuniteiten en meedenken over verbeteringen
- Registreren en opvolgen van interventies en acties
- Je werkt zowel op locatie bij klanten als vanuit home office of kantoor.
Your Profile
Jouw profiel
- Bachelor Medisch Laboratoriumtechnoloog, Biomedische Wetenschappen, Farmaceutische Wetenschappen of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Ervaring binnen een klinische laboratoriumomgeving
- Kennis van laboratoriumprocessen en diagnostische workflows
- Technisch sterk en hands-on ingesteld
- Communicatief vaardig en klantgericht
- Ervaring met laboratoriumapparatuur, software en analysetools
- Goede kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels
- Bereid om regelmatig te reizen binnen België en Luxemburg
